I purchased 4 round trip overnight tickets ($395.40us) on Trainline from Livorno to Venice,Italy. On the day before our arrival to port in Livorno, Italy we get a notification that the trains are not running due to Trainline on strike on the one day for our travel to travel to Venice,Italy. I have sent PayPay copies of the Trainline on Strike letter along with Ticket receipt to get a refund with no success! Any opinion’s??
