Hello, I opened a PayPal account in Bosnia and Herzegovina in 2009 (then I also mistakenly entered the nationality of Bosnia and Herzegovina instead of Croatia). In the meantime, I moved to Germany, I connected my German Master Card with PayPal without problems, but it has a limit of 1000 euros per month. So now I want to add my bank account to PayPal as well, but there I only have the option to add a US bank account. That's why I want to close my PayPal account and open a new one with a German address (and also change my nationality). But when I want to delete and close the account, I get this message: Sorry, we couldn’t confirm it’s you. What should I do to delete and close the account? Thx in advance for your answers.
