A while back, I was able to transfer my PayPal Balance into my debit card. Unfortunately, that card expired. Since then, I haven't done much transferring until now. When I linked one of my debit cards to my account, the transfer didn't work or didn't show up. So I contacted a support team in the PayPal message center asking what I should be doing. They then told me to "have a VISA card from a local bank" in the country (Saudi Arabia) my PayPal was made. Therefore, that is exactly what I did. After I linked my new debit card into my account, I decided to try and transfer. And guess what? I got the exact same problem. Right before I am about to transfer, it states that it cannot transfer my funds, and the transaction has failed. I have been trying to solve this for months, and even the support team told me to go make a new bank account. Nothing has worked at all.
