Hi, I waited for this day because i was told below the dispute that i can begin to escalate the dispute to a claim on the 12th July, however, there is no option/button to ''escalate to claim''. I have till the 20th before the case closes and i really dont want to lose my money. I have contacted the paypal chat support and waiting for someone to reply. Is there anything else i could try to get the escalate to claim option.
