I sent money to a seller using goods and services. They were angry that I didn't send it friends & family - and cancelled order. They say that a refund was issued 4 days ago. I have opened a dispute on Paypal and nothing shows up in my activity. I have since discovered that seller is a scammer on Fb. I'm trying to figure out if they have indeed refunded my money or if I need to escalate. Thanks for any help! 🙂
