I sold two bosai trees to one person on facebook. I sent them through UsPS, and have proof that they signed it. (I even insured USPS $4000 for shipping) the tree is very healthy and alive. after the buyer received the bonsai, he said the tree was smaller than he thought. 7 days later, he said he felt the tree was not healthy. and he asked me to return the money or send him another bonsai tree. I do not accept the return policy, because the tree can die if he is not experienced in taking care and watering it. what should i do if he sues paypal
