Hello! A buyer was getting a service from me for 10 months, I was giving her psychological help (she has aggressive behavior and beats her minor daugter), her name is Kira [removed] (Lexington, USA). She was satisfied with my help, was becoming calmer, but one her family incident triggered worsening her psychological condition and she became very aggressive and inadequate and complained about 3 last payments to me on PayPal (as item not as described and item not received), but it was the sae therapy and I delivered her all online therapy. PayPal automatically froze my account and it says I have "a resolution debt". Help!
