As above, but long story - I was alerted to a large payment coming out of my PayPal account, didn't recognise the name or amount so immediately filed a dispute with PayPal for an unauthorised payment. I found out the next day that it was a renewal of a subscription through a third party site that I hadn't been expecting (it wasn't due for another week, and I hadn't paid through the third party last time), and PayPal decided that it wasn't unauthorised and closed the case. The company are now saying that they can't refund me the money I'm entitled to under their 30 day money back guarantee until I cancel the dispute with PayPal - but the dispute has been closed and there's nothing I can do about it! I expect this other company are trying to run down the 30 days so they don't have to refund me so if someone can help me soon that would be amazing. Thanks in advance!
