Hi Paula, It turns out that my account was accessed by an outside party without my knowledge or consent. An additional email and phone number were also added to my account. We have changed passwords to my account and my email, eliminated the additional email and number, and the funds are currently being sent back to my account. ... View more

I had $980 taken from my bank account without my knowledge or consent. This led to a $45 NSF fee and me having to move money from a credit line to cover while I sort this out. When I inquired I was told that it was due to auto reload being set up. How did this get set up without my knowledge, I have been with paypal since 2009 and it has never happened before. How do I turn it off? And will paypal reimburse me for the money I'm loosing through this? ... View more
