It sounds like you have taken all the necessary precautions which is good. Just be sure to always keep your password for PayPal different from any other password 🙂
@Courtneyll I do regret to hear that this has happened to you. When your account is being reviewed and the transaction are being investigated, we will look for any unauthorized access or activity. There are times when we are unable to find anything which is why a claim would be denied. You do have the option to have it reviewed again as we are all human and something might have been missed.
