Dear Paypal community, I would like to ask you for your help in finding out how i can report a fraudulent customer. Currently I am dealing with a customer that ordered 3 packages of 30 food supplemental pills, which wanted to return them. Legally we are of course obliged to do so within the 14 day period, but the customer took 1,5 month to send them back AND used up 60 pills. (yes they literally sent back 2 empty packages). They contacted paypal and the dispute is now that the customer wants the full amount of money back, which is up to paypal now and irrelevant to my question; How can i report this customer that is trying to scam me as well as make sure MY paypal business account will not accept payments anymore from this person?
