The bug in action: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=maFLSDcgw6s Also, this bug is consistent: - Happens on Paypal Mobile App - Happens on a completely other Wifi - Happens on ALL browsers - Happens on a completely seperate PC I have tried to get someone to help me to change the business URL but nobody wants to do it because everyone here is lazy and it shows. > Paypal.com told me to contact Paypal-support.com > But then Paypal-support.com told me to contact Paypal.com And then the last Live-Chat agent made a bug report a week ago, but nothing has been fixed or done yet. I might start to video document all this lazy Paypal support service and see how long it takes for someone to actually help.

This box has not been update-able for weeks now. Ive reported the issue multiple times through Message Center. And nothing has been done even though there has been several bug reports created. WAKE UP!

Yeah idk how such a big company can't make a simple field that doesn't revert back. I'm still stuck with my old Business URL. The windows closes successfully and it shows the new URL after i click "Submit", but then i refresh the site and the old business URL is back.. Tried on a friend's PC/Wifi and the issue still persists. And the Paypal support team is still unavailable. It's been days now. Ridiculous 😡

After I update the info, and save it, it still stays as the old URL, but all the other business info is changeable. But the business URL and sales-venue URL fields will Not change

I did what you said, and they told me to contact paypal about it. And then paypal told me to contact paypal-support.com, and they tell me to contact paypal. NOBODY wants to help me, and it's getting really frustrating, and if the support and technical support team really is this incompetent and doesn't want to help, I'm simply going to stop using paypal. And I just tried to contact Paypal again in message center, and now it's saying "No agents available, ask the community". Holy **bleep**. @PayPal_Bindu

Both Paypal.com and Paypal-support.com are completely incompetent and has no idea how to work together. It's actually driving me insane. I am simply trying to update my business URL's because they will NOT update on my side, even after using a whole other PC and wifi, it's for sure not a cache issue. Now I'm trying to contact them and all I get is them saying: Paypal: "Go contact paypal-support" Paypal-support: "Go contact paypal" ----------- ------------

I wish it was that easy, I've already cleared all my cookies/flushed dns and all that. Even used an entirely seperate PC and 2 different browser. Issue still persists. I will try to find a way to contact paypal technical support.. thanks

Changing my account information (URL) for my public business profile doesn't actually save after I click save. I recently changed domains, and changing the domain in my account-profile settings doesn't actually save. But all the other information saved successfully, even the business avatar. Please someone help!
