Where's the Lazy Developers?!

This box has not been update-able for weeks now. Ive reported the issue multiple times through Message Center. And nothing has been done even though there has been several bug reports created. WAKE UP!

Thank you for posting to the PayPal community.

 

To edit the "Business URL" value, please follow below steps.

 

Login PayPal.com >> Go to "Settings" >> Account settings >> Business Information >> click on "update" >> click on "Edit" icon >>  and update the required URL >> save. 

or 

Go to the direct link - https://www.paypal.com/businessprofile/settings/info/edit

Note : PayPal User Interface functionality working fine without any issues.

Also, this bug is consistent:
- Happens on Paypal Mobile App
- Happens on a completely other Wifi
- Happens on ALL browsers
- Happens on a completely seperate PC

I have tried to get someone to help me to change the business URL but nobody wants to do it because everyone here is lazy and it shows.

And then the last Live-Chat agent made a bug report a week ago, but nothing has been fixed or done yet. I might start to video document all this lazy Paypal support service and see how long it takes for someone to actually help.

Lazy developers, lazy support team. This whole site is garbage, and I'm using Stripe and Wise, from now on.

Also left bad reviews about paypal on trustpilot. Thanks for nothing everyone!

I would suggest to please try now by clearing the web browser cache/cookies and if your still facing any issues, please create a MTS ticket via - https://www.paypal-support.com/s/?language=en_US  with the detail information and error details.

Thats exactly what another paypal employee said weeks ago, and i listened.
So i went to paypal-support.com and they simply said "This is out of our hands, contact paypal"
