I reccieved an email from Paypal Service that my account was a personal account and that my acvount had a limit and the pendimg amount is more then my limit so i need to have the last buyer send me an additional 375. To upgrade my account and now i have to send a refund of 375. Via cash app, is thia normal or scam??
