As the title implies, I can only use Instant transfer as of January of this year. Both of my cards are linked to my account, and they are both visible and selectable in the case of an Instant transfer. However, neither show up on the Standard transfer. All that's shown is the "link a card" and "link a bank account" options. I've tried linking those same cards to the standard transfer on numerous browsers, phone app on different phones, etc. and nothing works. It just loops back to the same view. I cannot link a bank account because I'm not in/from the US and don't have a US bank account.   I've messaged Paypal support on Twitter over 5 times by now, with no solution in sight. Is this a trick to get people to spend that extra 1% fee or what's the deal here? It seems very convenient that the instant transfer option works, but not the standard one. On top of having a horrendous USD to EUR conversion rate, now I need to also pay another 1% fee to get my own money? Seriously? This smells of illegal practice to me. ... View more
