I got to know from Udemy support that Paypal has declined payment from Udemy, below is the conversation. Below is the reply from Udemy support. Thank you for your patience Janardhana, I have looked into this for you, and according to our records, PayPal is showing the payment as denied. In this case please contact PayPal directly (https://www.paypal.com/us/smarthelp/contact-us) to resolve any issues with your account. Once the issue has been resolved you can reach back so that we can re issue the payment. So how to resolve this?
