My phone was stolen about a month and a half ago and the person hacked in and stole everything from me, all credit cards were maxxed out, all of my money was stolen and thankfully I got everything back except from PayPal. PayPal now thinks I owe them $4,000 and I have called and talked to them 25 times in the last month. Either I will talk to someone and they will not help at all and hangup on me or I can talk to a supervisor (which I have only gotten the option to do that twice) and they will give me a ticket number and say it will be resolved in 48 hours (which it wont) so then when I try and check on it I cant even access it? Like it does not exist and they gave me a bunch of random numbers? I dont understand why this is so difficult to get resolved, no one will help. What do I do?
