Hello Community, Someone created an account with my email address but their phone number. So I can't do Forgot Password because I don't know their phone number. I can't get through to anyone at Paypal because I guess they've never considered such a scenario. Of course, if someone was to get a new phone number and fail to update their Paypal account in time, they would be out of luck. Does anyone have any ideas how I might access this account and possibly just close it down? Or use it for myself since it was opened with my email in the first place? Thanks all
