I am the seller and now the buyer wants a refund, I have on my invoices NO REFUNDS/NO RETURNS/NO EXCHANGES. Buyer sends back the products, and does a claim against me. I have already spent the money and now I am negative in my account. Buyer states she misunderstood what she was receiving but I have it in a conversation exactly what she would be receiving. I understand I have the items back, but the money has been spent to pay rent in which the buyer said that is why she wanted to buy my items was to help me out. I don't know what to do. It was a $450.00 transaction.
