Dear Community. My card was blocked 3 days in a row by PayPal's automated system. I called and spoke to a number of support team members. Most don't have a clue about how to help me. one person said wait 24 hours to re-set. 24 hours been and gone problem not resolved. There is no problem with my bank card and the bank confirmed it. I was able to make a manual payment into the PayPal account without a issue. If there is a problem with my card I would not have not been able to do it. I have asked for help but PayPal customer service so far failed to fix the issue. Could someone let me know what the issue is if anyone else experienced this problem . Thank you very much Regards
