Dear Community. My card was blocked 3 days in a row by PayPal's automated system. I called and spoke to a number of support team members. Most don't have a clue about how to help me. one person said wait 24 hours to re-set. 24 hours been and gone problem not resolved. There is no problem with my bank card and the bank confirmed it. I was able to make a manual payment into the PayPal account without a issue. If there is a problem with my card I would not have not been able to do it.

I have asked for help but PayPal customer service so far failed to fix the issue. Could someone let me know what the issue is if anyone else experienced this problem .

As you haven't added your country to your profile (so we can see when we hover over your username) or said in your post which country you are in so unfortunately its hard for us to advise.
Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.
