Please any one have any ideas on how to easily get a credit card in Nigeria any card at all in NGN that works on Paypal and allows to send money on here, because I'm really frustrated right now, I've tried everything I could think of, and my banks have not be forthcoming on getting a credit card from them!!. I've opened my PayPal account for years now and I've been unable to make use of it!.
