If I paid for a "goods a services" item and received it and everything is fine by me can I confirm receipt but still dispute if something happens where it is defective? The seller said their funds are on hold and were asking if I could do this. I only worry because it says this when going to confirm: By Confirming the order, you acknowledge you have received the item(s) and are satisfied with the condition. Please note, you may not able to raise a dispute against this order and the funds will be settled with the seller. And it is a $1000 game related gift so it is not being opened right away.
