Hi @RedSand1 and everyone else,   Thank you all for your posts! I know how frustrating it is when you run into a technical difficulty with a CAPTCHA, and I'm sorry that you're experiencing that.   It is likely a bad cookie or cached file that is causing the loop. Please clear the cookies and cache in your browser and restart it. It's possible that you may have to do that cycle twice. I'm not entirely sure why, but I've found greater success after doing it twice than after only trying once. This solution has worked for most of the people I've talked to who have encountered this problem. Hi @maggtreasurer,   Welcome to the PayPal Community and thank you for your post!   Based on what you have explained, it sounds like your account is currently limited. I am sorry to hear this. When you change any business information in your PayPal account, a limitation can be placed to verify the details you updated. If you changed your business type, we would need to confirm this.    When an account limitation is placed, you would be required to complete all the steps in the Resolution Center to resolve it. Once all the steps are done, your account would be sent for review.
