Totally ridiculous! Yet I can log into the app on my phone with a quick Face ID.

Interestingly, it happens for me after I'm automatically logged out. I usually forget to log out manually. I'll try loading a fresh log in each time to see if that makes any difference. Glad your issue has resolved itself! Here's the message I got back from Customer Service. NOT helpful at all. "At this time, we would not have the option to change the log in process. Our internal security is working to keep this PayPal account safe. Thank you for your time today."

I agree! It's maddening and I'm super sick of it. Those grainy photos are impossible to decipher and no other financial website presents so many hoops to jump through. ENOUGH OF THE CAPTCHAS PayPal! Even posting here requires a darn captcha! ARGH!

Anyone else notice that the Message Center is not working today? I've tried to get help a few times today and nothing happens after I type in my question. I've also gotten log in errors - Try Again - and errors when trying to update my account. Someone needs to have their eye on the ball.... They put a hold on our funds because they think we are a new account but we really just changed our account's categorization to a Charity so there's no reason to put a hold on our funds. Would be nice if someone was available to help us.... One more thing - I'm so sick of the CAPTCHAS! Can't you put a cookie down so I don't have to do that every time I log in?!
