I tried to close our account due to the recent change in PayPal terms, specifically the $2500.00 fines for 'misinformation'. We were unable to do so as we received a message stating 'Your account can't be closed. Your account has a negative balance that you’ll need to take care of before you can close your account." We do not have a negative balance right now (Even the PayPal Assistant states we should be able to close the account), and want to close this account out and remove the payment option from our website
