The misinformation policy update was rescinded after the firestorm. Funny, I have a zero balance in my PayPal account, and was able to remove both of my bank accounts that fund transactions on PayPal, so there is no way to pay for "pending transactions" that were cited as a reason I can't close my PayPal account, I even checked future activity and there are no transactions found.  I had two subscriptions that were auto-pay but were recently paid so they aren't due until earliest November 22nd, which I cancelled, and still, I cannot close my account.  Seems like some illegal activity going on here, maybe SEC fraud?  Hey PayPal, are you trying to prevent loss of membership to not alarm your shareholders? ...
