So I got an email today that told me this: Before we can deposit the money into your account, we need a little more information about your account or recent transactions. To do this, log in to your account and go to the Account Overview page. Select the More menu, then choose the link that takes you to our Resolution Centre. Please provide us with the missing information by November 25, 2022, or the money will be returned to the sender. Now I believe I have a business account and I'm not sure if that is the issue but I have no clue where to go to fix this. I don't see the more menu they are talking about and I don't see any open disputes either. Thanks,
