Fraudulent transfers?

My checking account statements frequently post debits labeled ACH DEBIT PAYPAL INST XFER WEB in varying amounts. However, I rarely if ever use my checking account for PayPal transactions, preferring to use my credit card. Money sent to friend is charged fee

When sending money to a particular friend, PayPal keeps defaulting to "products/services" mode and charging her a fee. How can I change this since an option to do so doesn't appear.   ... View more
