Hi , I think I have been scammed and would like some help as PayPal have ignored my previous requests for help. I purchased some batteries via a website that requested payment via Paypal to TommyDeal. Because i use PayPal I trusted this but when the goods didn't arrive I checked and the transaction does not show in my PayPal account yet I have a confirmation email from Paypal to say the money was taken. The amount was also taken from my bank account. Because the transaction doesn't show in my PayPal account I cannot use the resolution centre and Paypal have totally ignore my request to help. How do I deal with this to get a refund ? Thanks for any help - Andy
