thank you for reply. yes, these are preapproved payments. I guess I am not happy that these charges us the PayPal balance but it is good to know this is expected behavior. thanks dave

Does anyone know if it is normal that payments are being deducted from my PayPal balance instead of using the PREFERRED payment method (credit card). I would like to not pay from PayPal balance if that is possible.
