My name is Sherry I inadvertently sent money to my Paypal account from a cash app account and apparently it was sent to an old PayPal account I had how do I retrieve the money from that account or deposit it to my current PayPal account. Been trying to resolve this for 3 days and PayPal has sent me an email saying they've seen the transaction issue I had and they've agreed on my behalf or my favor to retrieve my money but yet I don't know where it's at. Somebody please help us old tired Grandma. 🤣
