So I am the seller and a case was opened against me and I agreed to refund on the account of me seeing the goods be returned to me. The goods have been returned to me however the case has been won in my favour and my buyer is now asking for his money (and rightly so). He's telling me that he got sent an email telling him he had won the dispute however the dispute has been won in my favour and the case has been closed. The seller is informing me that I have to tell PayPal that the item has been returned however there is no clear place for me to talk/type/press to say as such. I tried calling Paypal directly and was met with AI talking and robots. Now considering the seller should have won which I had agreed to, I am unwilling to send the refund outside of PayPal as PayPal could realise they've messed up and return it out my account and thus he's doubled his money from paypals error.
Can someone please off me some very sound advice it would be very much appreciated.
