Hello there, I found Ad on Facebook for financial services and I was interested to buy some crypto currency. So, I texted the page. then I asked the seller about the services and how long it would take to get delivered and he told me it would take 5 minutes and I told him that I was interested to buy $1000 worth of bitcoin but I told him I would try $100 first to test the experience because am still not trusting him, Glad I did then he sent me invoice and I paid it write away so as expected I was thinking it would take 5 minutes then I waited 40 mins and I texted him back and he told me that there is some kind issue with his wallet and he's fixing it and will send me the bitcoin as soon as possible. And few minutes later he sent me screenshot that he sent me the bitcoin already so I right away I checked my wallet and I found nothing so basically he photoshopped the screenshot to show that he send me the bitcoin which he didn't then I asked him to send me the Txis which is basically the tracking of the transaction in the blockchain but he refused and told me that ( I told you I had issue with my wallet) as it justifies his intentions for photoshopping the screenshot. And I've been texting him to issue a refund but nothing he's not replying and I literally gave up and I want a full refund because nothing was delivered. Then I opened a dispute in PayPal and they called me and escalated it to claim and I provided proofs that he delivered nothing days go by and I see he updated them with proofs thinking he just doing that to annoy me for more wait time but not am just he a professional scammer today I wake up and I see a message from PayPal saying they denied my claim. Am absolutely shocked have no idea what to do next. Sincerely, Mohamed
