I wrote checks to a friend to help him out temporarily, and he paid me back w/Paypal but they charged me a fee for both transactions. How can I get these fees reversed? They should have been just friends and family payments. He didn't see an option to choose friends and family when he sent, and it charged the fees to me without him knowing until I told him.
