hi, I want to sell something and the buyers sent me this message: "Your payment is at pending now, you have to pay a account verification fee of $24 before you can receive it in your PayPal account" But I dont understand what should I do. Why should I pay when I am selling something? I have new paypal account and I conect it with my bank account already.
