I am from Trinidad & Tobago. I was wondering how i can withdraw funds from Paypal. I would use my Mastercard Credit Card to deposit and send money but how can i withdraw as i cannot link a bank as i am not in the USA Can the withdraw money be sent back directly to my Master Card credit card?
