Hello, I made a purchase on local store and paid with local currency (NIS). PayPal converted the payment to USD, and charged my credit card in USD. The result - the local store received in NIS the exact amount, but PayPal received more money from my credit card because of the convert rate. When I asked the support about that, I received - "It is known technical issue". What can I do?
