I redeemed a google gift card with my olf paypal account. I have no access to this old account and cannot recover password because the saved phone number is the only verification option i get and i also have no access to that. Also i have no idea what the last 4 digits of the saved card info. I received an email from the company letting me know that i have received a reward of $75: <removed> I clicked ”view reward” and then this link opened: <removed> I then clicked “Redeem” and entered my old paypal account email which I have no way of accessing. When I retry these steps i get this: <removed> So it shows that I redeemed the payment to my old paypal account. I contacted the company that sent me the payment and this is what they replied: <removed> However, when I messaged Paypal I got this: <removed> So Paypal is telling me there is no pending or completed payment but the company is telling me it is redeemed. What do I do? I have been on the phone to PayPal for the past week and it has become very frustrating. Please someone find a solution.
