The issue I have is exactly the same as described by another member here, where the only message I receive agter entering my bank info is "We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later." For him it took him a few months, for me I simply abandoned my PayPal for years and until now there's absolutely no other payment option except PayPal... I can't find any phone numbers on the website. Whenever I click contact us I only have the option of the live chat or the community... That's why I'm here... What kind of customer service would simply leave the work to robots and other customers???
