I recently paid for some rattan furniture off Facebook market place. Item was advertised in pounds sterling. When I paid the transaction came through in us dollars. Company that received payment was whitehawk legal services. Doesn't sound much like a furniture store to me !. No delivery information. Have emailed seller and had no reply and has also now disappeared from Facebook. Tried starting resolution with PayPal but won't let me Complete complaint. Please help. Tia.
