Hi. I was refunded by PayPal and the service was perfect .Now the Vedore ( Hekke.com) is doing it's best not to let me send the item back.The vendor demands video of the product and than another video as a proof that it does not work which i cannot supply as it is simply dead. It looks to me that they are trying everything they can , in order not to get the product back. Can they drag it and demand my refund back? Regards.
