How do I get the balance of a closed account in my name (everything else matches) of less than $100 transferred to my open account? I had filed info including ID in the Resolution Center which was never acted upon in 3 months when there was a previous balance. Calling agents in the past resulted in no action unless I get an agent to transfer to a supervisor. Even then, the supervisor may not be able to do it. Help! STORY: Several months ago, I requested a change to my account. In making the change, the Paypal agent closed the account. I found that out after I could not access the account. Several phone calls with agents provided no access to the account (e.g., to reopen, reset password). Those agents told me to file a case in the Resolution Center with a PDF with some info. I did that 10 times and after 2 months and no action, I called a dozen or more times and was told to wait - that action would be taken within 7 days of me posting my case in the Resolution Center. I asked for a supervisor and was told they could not transfer but someone would call me back. No one ever did. I kept calling after 80 hours of calls and work, I was transferred to a supervisor who transferred the funds from my closed account to my open account. No account has any restrictive holds, etc. What I failed to do was ask that supervisor ( don't have his name or contact info) is how do I get future deposits into that closed accounts into the open account. I believe he would tell to call and/or file a case in Resolution Center. I have no hope that filing a case or calling will result in speaking to a supervisor who will transfer less than $100 to my open account.
