You can appeal it and they will send it to the people who make the decisions...I found it don't make a damn difference because once you send them everything they ask for to resolve the issue they come up with another reason as to why. I sent them through the notifications in my account. If you log into your account and scroll down there will be a red notifications click on it and it will take to to a page where you can send them. Just click on the resolve icon and you send it there. They will list everything they want you to send. Hope that helps. Venus ... View more

You cant do anything...they are doing this to thousands of people. I think they are just picking who ever and then stealing there money to be honest. I have been with paypal well over 10 years. Never ever have I had a problem then out of no where im permanently limited and cant access almost 1,600.00 that I have in my account. Then when you do everything they tell you do and send all the papers they requested they just ignore you and keep your money. Paypal is a bunch of lying thieves and I pray to God there will be a class action law suit. This has got to be one of the biggest scams I have ever seen. Do you people not realize how bad you're messing innocent peoples lives up? I busted my **bleep** working to earn that money so I could pay my bills and now because of you my bank account is in the neg. And all my bills are being declined. Im going through this right now and getting no where and I have had paypal for over 10 years. I was told I needed a business account to be paid through my invoices. So I set it up and then I get paid 540 for one job and 1080 for another and next I know my account is terminated and I can't access my money that i worked 27 hours busting my butt to make. I have sent them all the proof they asked for yet nothing has changed. They are making all my bills go into a negative and my bank account in overdraft. Please someone help me!!!! ... View more
