Hi, I have a new business account since a month, and at my 3rd order I saw that the money were on hold. It asked to add tracking info and the status of the order, so I initially selected -shipped- . Then after some days it got delivered and I read that the customer should confirm they received and the payment will be released. They say they didnt see any way to confirm it, so I searched and saw that I can edit the order status. I change it to -order processed- and after a day it is still on hold, and customer says they still dont have a confirm button. Did this happen to you? What should I do? Thank you!
