Thank you very much for your reply. So should I keep the order status to -order processed- and maybe the confirm button appears for the customer in a few more days? Or it will surely be released in 21 days? With the tracking number is also shows it is delivered and accepted, just the customer doesnt see a way to confirm it. From what you say I think I just have to wat for paypal to check it and confirm it, and this might take 21 days?
