a friend sent me $600 as a purchase/service... then I cancelled it and the person resent me the $600 as friend/family. That went through fine. I went to instant-withdraw it and it flagged the transfer, asked me to confirm my ID in the app... but then didn't move towards the next step in that process. Ive received and transferred money this way about 5-6 times before in the past month or two. Now I can't confirm ID, I can't cancel the transfer, I can't do anything.... what happened?
