I am in the US and I am unable to link my bank. Every time I enter in my routing and account number I see a error message that says the bank needs help with linking contact customer service and customer service says wait 24 hours and I did that and I still have the same issue linking my bank and today they said wait 72 hours. All of this over me requesting to have cash sent to back to my bank beforehand, after I requested money back paypal just automatically UNCONFIRMED my bank and I had to confirm it again but the deposits were never sent to my bank so I removed my bank account and tried re-adding it. I can't even re-add it now paypal keeps talking about the security systems is blocking things, this is just complete insanity to the upmost.
