@nojass  Have to resolve all disputes, any negative balances first in order to close accounts. Even if you managed to close the account, you’re still responsible for any applicable liabilities that might show up against your account after closure by your customers. Hi @nojass,   Thank you for your post, and welcome to the community! The image from their side shows all the closed cases in their account, but the cut off part shows that there is at least one open case. Since they have closed cases highlighted, only the closed ones are showing. If that's not the reason for the discrepancy, there may indeed be something showing incorrectly.
