Thank you for your response. And this is exactly what I have been trying to do for non-stop over the last two weeks. three e-mails with the requested document submissions with no resolution. Several 'cases' started with no resolution. Several customer service phone calls with no answers or resolution. And finally dozens of messages through the PayPal assistant with a multitude of different PayPal contacts all with no resolution. I have a week to respond to the IRS and the burden of proof is on me and I cannot get that proof from PayPal because no one has the authority or ability it seems to get me the information and documentation that I need. The IRS won't care about my problem and apparently neither does PayPal. It's sickeningly disgusting that I cannot get this problem remedied. 22 years I have been a loyal PayPal user and this is what that gets me. I need a single, human point of contact within this company that can work through all this because I fear what has happened in 2020 can happen again in 2021 and 2022 filings. So, what can I do? I think this might be helpful but I am not finding the 'reports' option anywhere after I am logged in. Where is this located? The statements I found were through the 'activity' tab, then 'statements' option. I am not finding any options to a 'financial summary' or 'download reconciliation form(s)'.  ... View more
